Substitutions can be made but should be notified prior to 27 November 2008. Substitutions made after that date may not be recorded in the list of attendees and any special dietary requirements cannot be met.

Payment options:
I wish to pay by Credit Card. A tax invoice will be generated immediately when you complete payment if your computer is set to accept pop-ups. There will be a delay of several weeks in supplying a tax invoice should one be requested later.
